Whistler Street Entertainment presents free, family-friendly events, attractions and performers on weekends from May through November. Whistler Street Entertainment animates the paths of Whistler Village and provides interactive entertainment by performers from the Sea-to-Sky Corridor and touring artists from across Canada. Entertainment includes juggling acts, circus performers, musicians, bike stuntman, dancers and acrobats.

November 27 to 29
Don't miss the final Street Entertainment of the year!  This is a great weekend for the whole family with lots of roving characters, balloon twisting, face painting, and local childrens' band Mitten Strings. That's not all: Dani Quayle, Alice Newton, Trish Jamieson and Festive Patrol end Street Entertainment 2010 with a bang.
October 9 to 11
Witness the unique talent of local artists Liks, Chili Thom, Vanessa Stark and Josee St. Amour as they paint live art throughout the Village! Also enjoy the Fashion Police, Brother Twang, and Dana Marie.
September 3 to 6
Witness and vote for the one and only PAINT OFF! Six artists will paint right in front of your eyes, and YOU get to vote on the winner.  Grab some balloon clothes by Pumped Designs and hear great live acts too!

August 28 & 29
A diverse weekend with many acts, including Super Weirdo, Colossal Canadian, the Kostaman Trio, and more!

August 21 & 22
Experience Azimuth, beatbox with Mr. Ray, and Pemberton local Liks treating us to some live painting.

August 7 to 15 - Crankworx
In addition to your Crankworx schedule, join us in the Village Common for performances by Dangerous Dan & the Flowriders, and Ryan Leech.

July 30 to August 2

July 24 & 25
Two days of music by Alice Newton, the Europhics and Papa Josh. Orkidz Art Studio Crafts and the Trollsons will keep the kids entertained.

July 16 to 18 - Whistler Children's Art Festival weekend
This is THE WEEKEND for families to enjoy the activities, performers and music in the sun! There is a full line-up of performances and interactive workshops in the Village, but the Children’s Festival is in full swing in Creekside with Norman Foote, Maximime, Kellie Haines & Co., and a roster of art workshops including Beading Bonanza, Shaggy Shakers, Circus Stunts and LEGO ‘Building Together’.

Canada Day Weekend!!
Parades, clowns, a Pancake Breakfast, Apres Parade Party, local musicians and a FREE Outdoor Concert Series with Delhi 2 Dublin and Chilliwack. There is so much going on, so check out the full schedule to plan your Canada Day weekend.

May 29 - 30, 2010
A weekend to warm you up with salsa dancing and the Marlin Ramazzini Band, along with the community mural led by Vanessa Stark and Andrea Mueller.

May 21 - 23, 2010 - Victoria Day Long Weekend
Whistler Street Entertainment 2010 kicks off with aerial acrobats, bouncing gymnasts, balloon animals and everything bikes! Mountain Square and Village Square come alive with free family entertainment from noon until 6 p.m.

Performer Applications

Whistler Arts Council is seeking performers for the Whistler Street Entertainment program running from May to September 2010! Please fill out the following application form in full. Only those being considered for summer/fall programming will be contacted. All applicants will be kept on file for future reference.
